I guess the title has two purposes. One, this picture reminds me of a cover girl, the model on the cover of Vogue or Elle, with that electric stare. Two, its all about the make up. I actually did the make up, and this was my first time trying something this dramatic. I love the way it looks on camera. Hope you like!
